His marketing plan was comprehensive. Prospective buyers were pre-screened prior to showings, and Bob held firm on pricing during contract negotiations. Bob managed so much of the selling process that he made the experience of selling and moving a seamless transition for our family. His network of contacts is immense; he even recommended an excellent, moderately priced mover.
